Who Is Responsible For This Service

Franchise Due Diligence is operated by Executive Leads LLC, 13760 Noel Rd, Dallas, TX 75240. Executive Leads LLC is responsible for the website account and inquiry information described in this notice.

This notice also covers inquiries submitted through our Facebook or Instagram lead forms and the private Lead Studio application used to organize those inquiries. Those inquiry services are described separately below.

What Your Account Holds

• Account details. Your display name and verified email address identify your account and let you sign in.
• Preferences you provide. Optional information such as your location, budget, available cash, interests, preferred owner role, and the work you want to do helps organize your search.
• Brands you choose. Your saved brands, brands you are considering, and brands you pass on help you keep track of your decisions.
• Startup cost breakdowns. The amounts and loan assumptions you save let you return to a brand’s cost breakdown.
• Consultation drafts. The priorities, contact preference, and questions you enter help prepare a research summary. A draft is not a request sent to a consultant.

Personal notes and profit worksheets are not part of this account setup.

How Your Research Is Saved

As a guest, your research stays in the current page session. It is not saved to an account until you sign in and choose to save it.

When you are signed in, saved research is stored with your account in Supabase so you can return to it on another device. Your browser also keeps the authentication information needed to maintain your signed-in session. Signing out clears the account’s research from the current browser session; it does not delete the research saved in your account.

Your Choice To Connect

Franchise Due Diligence works in partnership with FranConsult Group. Saving a brand, completing preferences, or preparing a consultation draft does not automatically share that information with a FranConsult Group consultant, a franchisor, or a lender.

Consultation drafts are private to your account. The current site lets you prepare and download a summary; it does not send the draft or book a consultation. If you share a downloaded summary yourself, you choose who receives it.

Services That Support The Site

• Netlify and Cloudflare support hosting and delivery of the website.
• Supabase handles verified email accounts and stores account-linked research.
• Resend delivers sign-in codes to your email address from signin@auth.franduediligence.com.

Emails sent to our support or privacy-request address are handled by Cloudflare Email Routing and forwarded to a private Google/Gmail mailbox used by Executive Leads LLC. These providers process the email addresses, message contents, attachments and delivery information needed to route, receive, secure and respond to your message.

Opening an interactive map requests map content from OpenFreeMap and OpenStreetMap services. Following a source link takes you to another website or document host, which handles your visit under its own practices.

Meta Lead Inquiries & Lead Studio

This section covers inquiries submitted through Facebook or Instagram lead forms for Franchise Due Diligence and the private Franchise Due Diligence Lead Studio application. Submitting an inquiry is different from saving research or preparing a consultation draft on this website. The choices described above for saved website research still apply.

When you submit a lead form, Meta provides the information you submit to Franchise Due Diligence. This can include your name, email address, phone number if requested, the franchise brand you ask about, your interests, your ownership timeline, and your preferred next step. Meta also provides identifiers and timestamps associated with the lead, Page, form and advertisement. We keep the submitted answers and source information with the inquiry.

We use this information to provide the information you request, organize your inquiry, review your contact preference, and record relevant follow-up and qualification progress. Your selection of information only does not request a sales conversation; our team must review that preference before contacting you. Authorized staff may add notes, contact or meeting status, and capital or interest confirmations you provide separately. Meta forms created by the current builder do not request financial account details or capital amounts. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers or sensitive health information through a lead form.

A request for franchise information is not a franchise purchase, a guaranteed appointment, or a commitment to a particular opportunity. Lead Studio does not automatically send your inquiry to a franchisor, lender or outside consultant. We will explain any proposed introduction or additional sharing before asking you to proceed.

How Lead Studio Handles Information

Lead Studio is a private application hosted through OpenAI's ChatGPT Sites platform, with Cloudflare providing application hosting, database storage and the notification relay connecting Meta to the application. These providers process information needed to operate and secure those services. The relay forwards verified Meta notifications; the lead records are stored in the private application's database.

Meta processes information submitted on its services under its own Privacy Policy. Website and application infrastructure may also process technical information needed for delivery, authentication, security and troubleshooting.

OpenAI is also used to help create advertising drafts from business descriptions, brand research, campaign instructions and reference materials. Importing a Meta lead does not automatically send that person's contact details, form answers or lead notes to the advertising-drafting AI.

As of October 20, 2026, this Lead Studio pilot does not send automated email or text-message follow-ups, synchronize lead records with Close, track calendar bookings automatically, or send live lead-outcome events through Meta's Conversions API. Internal outcome records and synthetic integration tests are not live conversion reporting. We will update these disclosures before enabling materially different data uses.

Retention & Access

Lead records and their source information remain in Lead Studio until the operator removes them; the current application does not apply an automatic expiration period. Access to this pilot workspace is restricted to the authorized account. We use authenticated access and verified notification signatures, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may ask to access or correct information about you, request deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you. We review these requests and may need to verify that the request relates to your information. If a limited record must be retained for a legal requirement, security or to honor a request not to contact you, we will explain the applicable limitation.

Request Deletion Of Your Data

Contact Executive Leads LLC at help@franduediligence.com with the subject “Privacy request.” You can also write to Executive Leads LLC, 13760 Noel Rd, Dallas, TX 75240.

For an inquiry submitted through a Meta lead form, identify the email address or phone number used on the form, the brand or form name if known, and the approximate submission date. State whether you want your lead information deleted, corrected, or no further contact. Do not include a password, payment-card number or identity document in the initial request.

For a website account, identify the email address used to sign in and whether the request concerns saved research, the account, or both. An application operator can also request disconnection of a connected Meta Page and removal of associated Lead Studio records and stored access credentials.

If you have authorized the Franchise Due Diligence business integration for a Meta Page, you can separately remove that integration in your Meta account settings to revoke its access. Removing an integration does not by itself delete information previously imported into Lead Studio; send a deletion request for those records. Deleting information from Lead Studio does not delete Meta's own copy or records already held by another recipient under that recipient's practices. We will confirm the outcome of your request and explain any information we cannot delete.
